Terms of Use

1. The game

World Rats Mafia is an entertainment game played inside Telegram. By opening it you agree to these terms and to Telegram's own Terms of Service and Mini Apps policy.

2. Purchases with Telegram Stars

Some digital items (cosmetics, avatars, frames and packs of club chips) are sold for Telegram Stars through Telegram's payment system. All items are virtual, exist only inside the game and have no value outside it. Prices are shown before you pay; the item is added to your account once Telegram confirms the payment.

3. Club chips — no cash value

Chips used at the card club (THE RATSINO) are a virtual in-game currency. Chips can never be withdrawn, cashed out, sold or exchanged for money, Stars, cryptocurrency or anything of value outside the game. Winning or losing chips has no real-world monetary outcome. The club is a social game of skill and chance for entertainment only.

4. Age

The card club is for players aged 18 and over. Before entering it you are asked for your date of birth; a player under 18 cannot enter the club and cannot buy chips. The rest of the game remains available. The club is not offered in some countries.

5. Refunds

If you paid and the item was not delivered, write /paysupport to the game's bot with the time of purchase — undelivered purchases are refunded in Stars within 48 hours. Delivered digital items are final, except where the law of your country requires otherwise. Telegram support cannot process refunds for purchases inside the game.

6. Fair play

Cheating, exploiting bugs, automating play or tampering with the game or its server is not allowed. We may void results obtained this way, reset affected balances and suspend accounts.

7. Changes and availability

The game is provided "as is". We may change, balance, pause or end features and events. We will update these terms when that matters and show the date above.

8. Contact

Support: write to the game's bot with /support.
